25. septembril kell 18.00–21.00 toimub Tallinna vanalinna külje all Energia avastuskeskuse juures asuvas Inseneripargis, Põhja pst 29, Teadlaste ÖÖ festivali 2026 „Energia“ sündmus.

Kolmetunnise programmi keskmes on teadus, teadlased ja energia selle kõige laiemas tähenduses – alates toidust ja ideedest kuni päikesepaneelide ja põlevkivini. Õhtu jooksul saab osaleda teadussessioonidel ja ekskursioonidel, tutvuda tehnoloogiliste lahendustega ning vaadata Aare Baumeri elektriteatrit ja droonijalgpalli.

Õhtu lõpetab ALIKA kontsert. 

On 25 September from 18:00 to 21:00, Engineering Park at Põhja pst 29, next to the Energy Discovery Centre and just outside Tallinn’s Old Town, will host a special Researchers’ Night Festival 2026: ENERGY event.

The three-hour programme puts science, researchers and energy in the spotlight – exploring energy in its broadest sense, from food and ideas to solar panels and oil shale. Throughout the evening, visitors can take part in science sessions and guided tours, discover technological innovations, experience Aare Baumer’s electricity theatre and watch drone football.

The evening will end on a high with a live concert by ALIKA.

Festivali suurel laval astub üles Eesti tuntud teaduse populariseerija Aare Baumer, kelle elektriteater tutvustab elektri nähtusi praktiliste katsete ja demonstratsioonide kaudu. 

TalTechi tudengite vesinikuorganisatsiooni TiVo meistriklassides saab lähemalt tutvuda vesiniku, selle omaduste ja kasutusvõimalustega. Energia teemadele annab ajaloolise vaate Elektrilevi, kes korraldab ekskursiooni Eesti elektrifitseerimise teemadel. Ekskursiooni juhib Elektrilevi insener Raivo Rebane ning marsruut kulgeb Tallinna vanalinnas ja Kadriorus. 

Teaduse ja tehnoloogia praktilisem pool on esindatud mitmes tegevusalas. Energia avastuskeskuse Teadusaia kodanikuaianduse eksperimendi „Puuvillased sokid“ tulemusi tutvustatakse kohapeal. Vivita lahenduste laboratoorium loob energialinna ning Energia avastuskeskuse alal saab jälgida droonijalgpalli. Lähme nulli eskursioonil saab tutvuda lähemalt keskkonnateemadega. 

Sündmuse juurde kuulub ka toidutänav, mis avab energia teemat toidu ja igapäevaelu kaudu. 

„Energia“ festivalipäeva õhtu kulmineerub ALIKA ja bändi esinemisega suurel laval. 

Teadlaste Öö festivali „Energia“ sündmus on kõigile tasuta. 

Teadlaste ÖÖ festivali ehk TÕFi peakorraldaja on teaduskeskus AHHAA ning kaaskorraldajad on Energia avastuskeskus ja Rakett69 Teadusstuudiod. Projekti rahastatakse Euroopa Liidu teadusuuringute ja innovatsiooni raamprogrammi Euroopa Horisont Marie Skłodowska-Curie meetmed toetusest (leping nr 101305266). 

On the festival’s main stage, well-known Estonian science communicator Aare Baumer will present his Electricity Theatre, bringing the science of electricity to life through hands-on experiments and demonstrations.

At masterclasses led by TiVo, TalTech’s student hydrogen organisation, visitors can explore hydrogen, its properties and its potential uses. Elektrilevi will offer a historical perspective on energy with a guided tour exploring the electrification of Estonia. Led by Elektrilevi engineer Raivo Rebane, the tour will take visitors through Tallinn’s Old Town and Kadriorg.

There will be plenty of opportunities to experience science and technology first-hand. Visitors can discover the results of the Energy Discovery Centre’s “Cotton Socks” citizen science gardening experiment, while Vivita’s solutions laboratory will be building an energy city. Over at the Energy Discovery Centre, visitors can also watch drone football, while the “Let’s Go Zero” tour takes a closer look at environmental issues.

The event will also feature a food street, exploring energy through food and everyday life.

The ENERGY festival evening will culminate in a live performance by ALIKA and her band on the main stage.

The Researchers’ Night Festival ENERGY event is free for everyone.
